Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related function; multinational or multi-entity environment is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Process and apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts; resolve discrepancies with AR, Treasury, and other stakeholders.
• Review employee expense reports submitted through Concur for proper coding, approvals, and compliance.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to cash and accounts receivable; assist with reconciliations and journal entries.
• Review sales orders flowing from Salesforce to NetSuite to prevent errors affecting billing or revenue recognition.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and sales order review processes; maintain process documentation and support system implementations.
