Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support global finance operations from within the United States. You will manage cash applications across entities, currencies, and bank accounts while resolving discrepancies and supporting month-end tasks.

The role includes expense management through Concur, sales order reviews from Salesforce to NetSuite, and contributing to process improvements and global accounting standardization in a remote, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts; match remittances to invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Review employee expense reports submitted through Concur for proper coding, approvals, and policy compliance.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities; prepare reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders for errors to prevent downstream issues in billing and revenue recognition.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and sales order review; maintain clear process documentation and backup procedures.
• Understand accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations, and internal controls to maintain accurate records.
• Actively participate in process improvement, automation initiatives, and standardization across global entities.
