Jobgether is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to join a remote, US-based finance team. The role focuses on cash application and accounts receivable across multiple entities and currencies, with exposure to expense management, AP, and month-end activities.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in AR/cash application, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, or related function.
• Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments is a plus.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with high transaction volumes.

Responsibilities

• Process cash applications across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Review expense reports in Concur for coding, approvals, and compliance.
• Support month-end close and reconciliations; assist with journal entries.
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders to prevent billing or revenue issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash applications and order-review processes.
