Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 2–4 years in AR, cash application, or related function.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP systems; Salesforce is a plus; Concur experience beneficial.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical problem-solving; able to handle high volume transactions.
• High attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize during month-end close.
• Strong communication and collaboration across global finance teams; continuous improvement mindset.

Aufgaben

• Process cash applications across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts; resolve discrepancies.
• Review employee expenses in Concur for coding, documentation, and policy compliance; automate where possible.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing; prepare reconciliations and supporting docs.
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders; resolve errors before billing and revenue recognition.
• Identify opportunities to streamline cash application and sales order processes; document them.
