Job summary

Reachdesk, a leading global SaaS gifting platform, is seeking an Accounting Manager to own our accounting function across six entities and multiple currencies. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive the monthly close, ensure US GAAP compliance, and lead a high-performing international accounting team.

The role focuses on revenue recognition, intercompany, wallet balances, breakage, and tax, with emphasis on automation and controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on accounting in a multi-entity business.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, incl. ASC 606.
• Experience leading audits.
• ERP experience, esp. NetSuite and SuiteBilling.
• Ability to drive process improvements across finance.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for six entities, including intercompany and FX.
• Own balance sheet integrity and reconciliations.
• Lead technical accounting analyses across revenue recognition, principal vs. agent, wallets, and breakage.
• Lead group and UK statutory audits from planning through sign-off.
• Improve internal controls and tax compliance with external advisers.
• Drive automation and process improvements across NetSuite integrations.
