Reachdesk Ltd. is seeking an Accounting Manager to own the accounting function from close through consolidated US GAAP financials. You will lead a high‑performing, international team and partner with CFO on technical accounting, controls, and process improvements across multiple currencies and entities.

You’ll work with NetSuite and SuiteBilling, driving automation and efficient reporting. A hands‑on leader with 5+ years in a complex, multi‑entity business will thrive in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on accounting leadership with 5+ years in complex, multi-entity environments.
• Solid US GAAP knowledge, ASC 606, and principal vs. agent considerations.
• Experience coordinating external audits and consolidations across entities.

Aufgaben

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and US GAAP consolidation across six entities.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with reconciliations and reviews.
• Lead technical accounting analyses (revenue, wallet balances, breakage, intercompany).
• Lead group and UK statutory audits from planning to sign-off.
• Improve internal controls and automation across NetSuite integrations.
• Develop and performance-manage the international accounting team.
