Job summary

Reachdesk Ltd in New York City seeks an exceptional accounting leader to own the function day to day, from monthly close through consolidated US GAAP financials, audits, controls, and technical accounting. Reporting to the CFO, you'll ensure the integrity of our numbers and drive team development.

Our business model spans SaaS and prepaid wallets across six entities and currencies, requiring robust accounting for revenue recognition, intercompany, FX, and statutory reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on accounting leadership in a multi-entity business.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, ASC 606 and principal vs. agent judgments.
• Experience with multi-currency close and consolidations, including intercompany and FX.
• ERP systems expertise, especially NetSuite with automation focus.

Responsibilities

• Own month/quarter/year-end close and US GAAP consolidation across six entities.
• Lead audits, internal controls, and tax compliance with external advisers.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and accuracy of financial data.
• Collaborate with leaders across the business on strategic finance projects.
• Develop and manage an international accounting team with clear expectations.
