Job summary

Reachdesk Ltd, a global SaaS gifting platform, is seeking a Controller to own the accounting function across six entities and multiple currencies. You’ll drive the monthly close, US GAAP consolidation, audits, and internal controls, reporting to the CFO and collaborating with Leaders across the business.

This hands-on role requires 8+ years of accounting experience, strong ASC 606 knowledge, NetSuite proficiency (SuiteBilling), and a proven ability to lead an international team and push

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on accounting experience.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, ASC 606.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency close and external audits.
• NetSuite experience with SuiteBilling and automation.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and US GAAP consolidation.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity with reconciliations.
• Lead technical accounting analyses and positions.
• Oversee group and UK statutory audits.
• Improve internal controls around wallet funds and segregation of duties.
• Manage tax compliance with external advisers.
• Collaborate with leaders on finance initiatives.
• Drive automation and process improvements in NetSuite.
• Develop and performance-manage the international accounting team.
