Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function across multiple entities and currencies. You will own close, consolidation under US GAAP, audits, and controls, while elevating automation and process improvements across the finance stack.

You will partner with leaders across the business, manage a growing international team, and drive high-impact initiatives to scale our global gift marketplace and prepaid wallet operations.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on accounting background with multi-entity exposure.
• Experience in US GAAP consolidation and audits.
• Ability to drive process improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close across six entities with US GAAP consolidation.
• Lead group and UK statutory audits from planning through sign-off.
• Improve internal controls and tax compliance with external advisers.
• Oversee intercompany, FX revaluation, and translation processes.
• Drive accounting automation and system integrations (NetSuite, SuiteBilling).
• Develop and performance-manage the international accounting team.
