Reachdesk Ltd. is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead our global accounting function from New York or fully remote on the US East Coast. You will own the close process across six entities, drive US GAAP compliance, and manage audits and internal controls in a fast-paced SaaS and wallet-based business.

You will work with NetSuite/SuiteBilling, automate workflows, and partner with Finance and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and scalable processes worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge including ASC 606 and revenue recognition.
• Experience leading audits and building internal controls in an international business.

Aufgaben

• Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for six entities and intercompany processes.
• Lead UK/US statutory audits from planning to sign-off and manage external auditors.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity and implement internal controls across global entities.
• Drive automation and process improvements across NetSuite and integrations.
• Collaborate with leaders across the business to drive financial strategy and accuracy.
