You will support global finance operations, process cash applications across multiple entities and currencies, investigate discrepancies, and help strengthen financial controls.

You will also review expense reports in Concur, assist with month-end close, participate in sales order reviews from Salesforce to NetSuite, and drive process improvements and automation across

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; 2-4 years in AR, cash application, or related function.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP; Salesforce and Concur a plus.

Aufgaben

• Process cash applications across multiple entities, currencies, and bank accounts; resolve unapplied/misapplied cash.
• Review employee expense reports via Concur for proper coding and compliance.
• Support month-end close activities, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Review Salesforce to NetSuite sales orders to identify errors before billing or revenue recognition.
• Identify opportunities to automate cash application and order review processes.
