Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Senior Global Account Director to lead a dedicated global account team from a home-based location in the United States. You will align customer needs with Danfoss's strategic goals, drive long‑term revenue and margin, and coordinate across business units and regions.

You will manage cross‑functional relationships, negotiate high‑value contracts, and translate strategy into a five‑year plan with annual objectives, while working from a domestic (US) home site.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience with managing global, multi‑stakeholder, sales projects from initiation to delivery.
• 1 year experience within a global organization, leading multi‑region relationships with large OEM customers.
• 1 year experience in HVAC/R industry direct account responsibility with global OEM customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated Danfoss Global Account management team supporting target customer.
• Represent Danfoss to the customer and internal stakeholders as the primary advocate and trusted advisor.
• Understand customers' strategic needs and create an aligned global account strategy.
• Translate the global account strategy into a 5 year business perspective with objectives.
• Secure alignment of priorities, pipeline and risk management with Danfoss stakeholders.
