Qualifications

• 7+ years of strategic account management or business development required.
• Experience managing large, complex global accounts.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite and senior executives.
• Expertise in multi-year strategic account planning.
• Experience leading global cross-functional teams in a matrix.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year global account strategy.
• Act as primary business leader and trusted advisor to executives.
• Lead a global cross-functional team to ensure one Danfoss execution.
• Drive end-to-end commercial process including pricing negotiations.
