Job summary

Danfoss in Baltimore, MD seeks a Global Key Account Manager to join our North America sales team. Develop and drive the global strategy for our key account, aligning regional and global teams to hit revenue, margin, and growth targets.

You will negotiate, renew, and govern global framework agreements with the customer. Lead cross-functional coordination with engineering, supply chain, and finance; shape long- and short-term product roadmaps with OEM partners while monitoring cash flow,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Business.
• 5 years in global B2B sales or customer service (HVAC&R components).
• 2 years engaging with Daikin Procurement and Engineering teams (senior-level).
• 2 years negotiating global contracts and developing strategic account plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive global strategy for the key account across regional and global teams.
• Execute a comprehensive global account plan integrating market intelligence, trends, and regulatory requirements.
