Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Territory Manager for Surgical Glaucoma to drive growth and adoption of the ELIOS platform across glaucoma practices, ASCs, hospitals, and ophthalmic clinics. You will engage surgeons and OR staff, deliver clinical education, and support procedural adoption.

The role requires 5+ years in outside medical device sales, ophthalmic experience preferred, and the ability to work remotely with 25%–75% travel. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience in ophthalmic/medical device or healthcare sales preferred.
• Experience launching new medical technologies or developing new markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of the ELIOS platform across assigned accounts.
• Launch and promote the ELIOS platform within glaucoma practices, ASCs, hospitals, and ophthalmic clinics.
• Build a strategic territory plan to create sustainable adoption and volume growth.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of surgeons and accounts and manage opportunities in Salesforce.
• Educate surgeons and OR staff on clinical, procedural, and economic value of the technology.
