Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and adoption of the ELIOS platform across glaucoma and ophthalmic surgical practices, ASCs, and hospitals. You will serve as the primary contact for surgeons and OR staff, delivering clinical education, procedural support, and exceptional customer service while building a sustainable territory business.

The role requires 5+ years of outside sales experience in ophthalmic or medical devices; glaucoma/MIGS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years outside sales experience, preferably in ophthalmic/medical devices.
• Ophthalmic surgical sales experience preferred.
• Glaucoma/MIGS experience preferred.
• Experience launching new medical technologies or developing new markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic activities and account development.
• Launch the ELIOS platform within the territory and develop high-potential surgeons and ophthalmic practices.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive sustainable adoption and growth.
• Build a robust pipeline of accounts progressing from engagement to routine utilization.
• Educate surgeons and OR staff on the clinical and economic value of Bausch + Lomb Surgical Glaucoma technologies.
