Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Territory Manager for Surgical Glaucoma, a remote, field-based sales role covering the West Coast US. You will drive growth for the ELIOS platform, engage surgeons, and build a sustainable territory through education and strategic account development.

You will bring 5+ years of ophthalmic or surgical device sales, and demonstrate the ability to launch new technologies, manage territories, and forecast opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in ophthalmic/medical devices preferred.
• Ophthalmic surgical sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25%–75% and reside within territory workload center.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through lead generation, education, and proposals.
• Launch and establish the ELIOS platform within the territory by developing high-potential ophthalmic surgeons and accounts.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan for sustainable adoption and growth.
• Build a robust pipeline from initial engagement to routine utilization.
• Serve as primary liaison with surgeons, OR staff, and administrators; provide clinical support.
