Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Territory Manager for Surgical Glaucoma to drive growth in assigned accounts within the U.S. and promote the ELIOS platform. You will engage surgeons, educate teams, and deliver clinical and economic value across ophthalmic practices, ASCs, and hospitals.

The role requires strong outside sales experience in ophthalmology, MIGS/glaucoma knowledge, and proven territory development capabilities. Remote field-based with substantial travel and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years outside sales in ophthalmic/medical device/surgical healthcare sales.
• Ophthalmic surgical sales experience strongly preferred.
• Glaucoma and MIGS experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives.
• Valid driver’s license with driving record meeting company standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic sales activities.
• Launch and establish the ELIOS platform within the territory.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan for sustainable adoption.
• Build a robust pipeline of surgeons and accounts.
• Educate surgeons and staff on use and value of glaucoma technologies.
• Coordinate customer evaluations and provide technical support.
• Manage territory expenses and ensure compliance.
