Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Territory Manager for Glaucoma on the West Coast. This field-based role drives growth, engages surgeons, and promotes the ELIOS platform in glaucoma ophthalmic practices, ASCs, and hospitals.

You will lead strategic territory planning, build a robust pipeline, and collaborate across Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales to ensure successful commercial launch and ongoing adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of successful outside sales experience in ophthalmic or medical device sales.
• Ophthalmic glaucoma/MIGS experience preferred.
• Experience launching new medical technologies or markets preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in competitive markets.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and grow accounts through adoption.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic activities and relationships.
• Launch and establish the ELIOS platform within the glaucoma territory with surgeons and facilities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive adoption and growth.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline from engagement to routine utilization.
• Serve as primary liaison to surgeons, OR staff and decision-makers; educate on value.
• Coordinate evaluations and provide technical support during procedures.
• Develop deep glaucoma/MIGS clinical expertise for credible customer resource.
• Identify early adopters and key opinion leaders to accelerate adoption.
• Conduct competitive market analysis and relay field intelligence.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Training, and Operations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account progression; manage expenses.
