Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Territory Manager for Surgical Glaucoma to drive adoption of the ELIOS platform across glaucoma practices, ASCs, and hospitals. You will engage surgeons and OR staff, deliver clinical education, and build a sustainable territory.

You will develop a strategic business plan, manage a robust pipeline, and partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales Training to ensure cohesive execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in ophthalmic, medical device, surgical, or specialty healthcare sales.
• Ophthalmic surgical sales experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic sales activities.
• Launch and establish the ELIOS platform within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of surgeons and accounts.
• Educate surgeons and staff on the use and value of Bausch + Lomb Surgical Glaucoma technologies.
• Coordinate customer evaluations and provide clinical support during procedures.
