Zusammenfassung

Bausch + Lomb seeks a Territory Manager for Surgical Glaucoma to drive growth and adoption of the ELIOS platform across glaucoma practices, ASCs and hospitals. You will build relationships with surgeons and OR staff, deliver clinical education, and provide procedural support while developing a sustainable territory business.

This remote, field-based role requires 5+ years of outside sales in ophthalmic or medical device sectors, strong CRM and planning skills, and the ability to travel 25%–75%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of successful outside sales experience in ophthalmic or medical devices.
• Experience launching new medical technologies or market development preferred.
• Ability to build a territory, forecast, plan, and manage CRM discipline.
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic activities.
• Launch the ELIOS platform and develop key glaucoma accounts.
• Develop a territory business plan to drive adoption and growth.
• Maintain a strong pipeline and manage accounts through adoption and utilization.
• Educate surgeons and OR staff on clinical and economic value.
• Coordinate evaluations and provide procedural support during procedures.
• Maintain records of interactions, forecasts, and account progression.
• Travel 25%–75% and work with cross-functional partners to align strategies.
