Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Territory Manager – Glaucoma for the West Coast. This remote, field-based role reports to the regional sales leadership and focuses on promoting the ELIOS platform to glaucoma surgeons, ophthalmic practices, ASCs and hospitals.

The position requires clinical education, swift adoption, and strong customer relationships to drive territory growth. With 5+ years of outside sales experience in ophthalmic or medical devices, you will build a strategic plan, manage a robust

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of successful outside sales experience in ophthalmic/medical device sales.
• Ophthalmic surgical sales experience strongly preferred.
• Glaucoma and MIGS experience preferred.
• Proven ability to launch new technologies and develop markets.
• Experience in territory management, planning, forecasting, and CRM discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic activities and account development.
• Launch and establish the ELIOS platform in the assigned territory with glaucoma surgeons and ophthalmic practices.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan for sustainable adoption and growth.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and move customers from engagement to routine utilization.
• Educate surgeons and OR staff on technology value and clinical use.
• Coordinate evaluations and provide on-site technical support during procedures.
