Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Manager, Regional Sales - Glaucoma for the West Coast. This field-based leadership role drives regional performance, develops a high-performing team, and expands Elios adoption across ophthalmic surgery.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in ophthalmic surgical sales, glaucoma/MIGS experience, and a proven track record of growing market share in competitive settings. Travel 25%-75% is required; remote work is supported within territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of ophthalmic surgical industry experience.
• Sales leadership experience in glaucoma/MIGS preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned geography.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional sales teams to achieve objectives.
• Drive regional execution to accelerate adoption and revenue for the Elios platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and ASC leaders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Reimbursement, Clinical, and Sales Training to support execution.
• Forecasting, territory planning, and opportunity management; talent recruitment and retention.
