Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Territory Manager for Surgical Glaucoma to drive growth and adoption of the ELIOS platform in glaucoma practices, ASCs, and hospitals. You will educate surgeons, provide procedural support, and build a sustainable territory while delivering outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of outside sales experience in ophthalmic or medical devices, with glaucoma/MIGS knowledge. This remote, field-based role requires travel and a valid driver's license.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in ophthalmic or medical device sales.
• Ophthalmic surgical sales experience strongly preferred.
• Glaucoma and/or MIGS experience preferred.
• Experience launching new medical technologies or developing new markets is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving sales objectives in competitive markets.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through lead generation, education, account development, proposals, and procedural support.
• Launch and establish the ELIOS platform within the territory by engaging glaucoma surgeons and ophthalmic practices.
• Develop a territory business plan to drive adoption, utilization, and growth.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified surgeons and accounts and manage the customer journey from engagement to routine utilization.
• Educate surgeons and OR staff on the clinical and economic value of Bausch + Lomb glaucoma technologies.
• Coordinate evaluations and provide technical support during procedures as needed.
• Develop clinical expertise in glaucoma/MIGS and the ELIOS procedure to support customers.
