Harris Computer is seeking a remote, high-impact sales leader to manage a territory across the United States and lead a sales team. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, coach the team, forecast accurately, and manage the budget while leveraging AI tools to prospect, research, and forecast.

You will work with GIS and AI-focused solutions, explaining capabilities and limitations to customers, including public sector and utilities. Regular travel to client sites and GIS conferences is expected.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of B2B software sales with quota attainment.
• Experience leading or coaching a sales team while carrying a number.
• Experience selling GIS, mapping, or location software/services.
• Experience building a team forecast and presenting to leadership.
• Experience managing or contributing to a sales budget.
• Working knowledge of GIS tools and concepts (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS).
• Experience with public sector or utility buyers and long sales cycles.
• Ability to explain AI to non-technical buyers clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Sell your own territory with a personal quota and full sales cycle responsibilities.
• Lead, coach, and grow the sales team; set territories and quotas and help teammates hit them.
• Own the pipeline and bookings forecast; run pipeline reviews and keep CRM data clean.
• Use AI insights to enhance coaching, forecasting, and deal management.
