Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a remote, USA-based sales leader to own a personal territory and lead a sales team selling GIS and AI-enabled software to cities, counties, and utilities across the US. You will manage all stages of the sales cycle, coaches the team, and own forecasts and budget.

You will demonstrate how AI enhances prospecting, discovery, demos, and closing, while clearly communicating GIS data protections and capabilities to buyers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B software sales.
• Experience leading or coaching a sales team while carrying your own number.
• Experience selling GIS, mapping, or location software.
• Experience building a team forecast and presenting it to leadership.
• Experience managing or contributing to a sales budget.
• Working knowledge of GIS tools and concepts, such as ESRI ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• Sell your own territory and run the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Lead, coach, and grow the sales team and set quotas.
• Own the pipeline, bookings forecast, and the budget; run regular reviews.
• Sell GIS and AI with credibility and explain limits to customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to grow accounts.
