Harris Computer, a Constellation Software company, is seeking a player-coach sales leader with GIS expertise who uses AI daily. This fully remote role grants ownership of your territory and quota, plus leadership of the sales team, pipeline responsibility, and budget management across the US.

You will demonstrate AI-driven prospecting, run the full sales cycle, coach with AI insights, and translate GIS and data into business value for cities, counties, and utilities while traveling to customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B software sales with quota attainment.
• Experience leading or coaching a sales team while carrying own number.
• Experience selling GIS, mapping, or location software.
• Experience building a team forecast and presenting it to leadership.
• Experience managing a sales budget.

Responsabilités

• Sell (your own territory): carry a personal quota, run full sales cycle, and close deals.
• Lead the sales team: set territories, quotas, and coaching.
• Own the forecast and the budget: manage pipeline, bookings, and variances.
