Job summary

Harris Computer, a Constellation Software company, seeks a player-coach sales leader with GIS and AI expertise. You will own your territory, coach the sales team, manage pipeline, and forecast to leadership.

You’ll engage with cities, counties, and utilities nationwide, while traveling to customer sites and GIS conferences. You will articulate AI capabilities in plain terms, oversee CRM data quality, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B software sales with a track record of meeting or beating quota.
• Experience leading or coaching a sales team while carrying your own number.
• Experience selling GIS, mapping, or location software or services.
• Experience building a team forecast and presenting it to leadership.
• Experience managing or contributing to a sales budget.
• Working knowledge of GIS tools and concepts (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS, spatial data).
• Experience with public sector or utility buyers, including RFPs and long sales cycles.
• You use AI tools daily for account research, meeting prep, proposals, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
