Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a player-coach sales leader for a fully remote role across the United States. You will manage your own territory and quota while also leading the sales team, coaching members, and owning the pipeline and bookings forecast.

Regular travel to customer sites and GIS conferences is expected as you demonstrate how AI can enhance GIS workflows. With AI tools embedded in prospecting, discovery, and forecasting, you’ll balance data-driven insight with strategic judgment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B software sales with a track record of meeting or beating quota.
• Experience leading or coaching a sales team while carrying your own number.
• Experience selling GIS, mapping, or location software or services.

Responsibilities

• Sell (your own territory) and carry a personal quota.
• Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Lead and coach the sales team and manage the pipeline and forecast.
• Own the forecast and the budget, and drive CRM data quality.
