Job summary

Medtronic seeks a Territory Manager to drive GI product adoption across Nebraska. This remote, field-based role educates physicians on the GI portfolio and expands product utilization while building robust customer relationships.

You will travel to accounts, forecast, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance market development and sales growth in a compliant, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 6+ years' experience or Associate’s Degree with 4+ years' experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years' experience in sales, clinical related experience in medical devices, med tech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Must live in Nebraska.
• Medical device sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas by driving incremental product adoption through delivery of clinical knowledge focused on GI tract and HPB anatomy.
• Routinely see all customers within the assigned geographic area.
• Educate physicians and clinical personnel on use of GI products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts and extended sales force by consistently communicating and sharing best practices.
• Develop understanding of the reimbursement environment for all products.
• Routinely update sales actions plans and forecasts.
• Provide solution-oriented strategies to facilitate product adoption and accelerate sales growth.
• Provide clinical product demonstrations and education in accounts through individual and group interactions.
