Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in B2B sales or 1 year ATM in Endoscopy with approval from leadership.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, and metrics-driven sales environment.
• Experience managing full-cycle sales—from prospecting to close; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Ability to travel occasionally for training and regional/national meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly strategic plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Demonstrate clinical excellence in applicable disease states.
• Build and maintain relationships through site visits, demonstrations, education and procedural support.
• Cultivate connections with physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, hospital admins, and infection control personnel.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company priorities.
• Provide training, education, and support as trusted clinical and commercial resource.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Boston Scientific products and competitive landscape.
• Manage budgets and document sales activities and expenses.
