Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Territory Manager to drive GI product adoption across a defined US territory. The role is remote, requiring residence within the territory and travel to accounts, with a focus on educating physicians and healthcare professionals on GI product advantages.

You will maintain CRM records, meet sales quotas, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to support market development and reimbursement understanding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience OR Associate’s Degree AND 4+ years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience. Related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Nice to Have: Clinical sales experience with proven sales success and quota attainment (GI or Endoscopy sales experience highly preferred).
• Contract negotiation experience with the regions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas by driving incremental product adoption through clinical knowledge on GI/HPB products.
• Routinely see all customers within the assigned geographic area and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Educate physicians and clinical personnel on GI product usage and benefits.
• Maintain Salesforce.com and complete administrative tasks such as expense and sales reports.
