Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Territory Manager to drive adoption of GI products across hospitals in a Nebraska-based territory. You will serve as a product expert and educate physicians and clinicians on clinical advantages of the GI portfolio while expanding utilization through market development and sales activities.

Success requires developing clinical knowledge, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve recurring sales growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years' sales experience or 4+ years with Associate's degree or 2+ years with Bachelor's degree in medical devices, med tech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience educating physicians and clinical personnel on product use and benefits.
• Proven ability to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas by driving product adoption in GI/HPB segments.
• Educate physicians and clinical staff on GI product portfolio and clinical benefits.
• Maintain Salesforce.com records and complete administrative tasks on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and forecast sale actions.
• Launch new devices in the assigned territory and manage reimbursement discussions.
