Job summary

Medtronic Endoscopy is seeking a Field-based Territory Manager for the Orange County, CA area. You will call on hospitals, educate physicians and nurses, and drive adoption of the GI product portfolio across the territory.

The role requires residing within 50 miles of the territory, a valid driver’s license, and regular travel to customer sites. Strong clinical knowledge and sales experience in medical devices are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Associate or Bachelor degree with demonstrated track record in field sales.
• Strong communication and ability to educate physicians and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Educate physicians and clinical personnel on GI product usage.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in territory.
• Update action plans and forecasts and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Routinely travel to customer sites and demonstrate products.
