Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Territory Manager in the Endoscopy sales unit. The role focuses on expanding GI product adoption across hospitals in Austin, TX through clinical education and strong customer relationships.

The TM will travel regionally, maintain deep product knowledge, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales quotas and drive growth in GI and HPB offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in sales or related clinical field.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years preferred; alternative combinations accepted.
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare sales strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas in GI product portfolio.
• Educate physicians and clinical staff on GI product use and reimbursement landscape.
• Maintain Salesforce.com and complete administrative tasks and trainings on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal partners and field sales to expand product adoption.
