Sanofi US is seeking an Area Business Manager for GI to engage gastroenterology professionals across a remote US geography, with a focus on Eosinophilic Esophagitis. You will drive brand growth, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and deliver clinically focused selling messages to meet revenue goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ability to travel; approximately 60 to 75 percent travel time within the territory (Columbus, Ohio).
• Proven success and positive track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets within compliance guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Engage Gastroenterology customers within assigned geographical territory and deliver clinically focused messages to grow revenue and meet product goals for EoE indication.
• Collaborate with Medical Specialists, MSLs, Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons, and other stakeholders to address customer needs and market trends.
• Develop strong working relationships with gastroenterology experts, office staff, and patient advocacy groups in the territory.
• Drive results by identifying opportunities and developing strategic plans to generate product utilization and territory growth.
• Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
• Maximize budget allocation to support strategy execution and business growth.
• Participate in industry congresses, meetings, and medical conferences to support sales success.
• Own opportunities within the geographic area, including engagements with private equity/large group practices to drive product results.
• Establish relationships with thought leaders to deliver value and strengthen market position.
