Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed therapists to provide teletherapy for older adults from a fully remote setting. Start part-time (15 hrs/wk) or full-time (25 hrs/wk) on a fee-for-service basis, with options for 1099 or W2 structures and no on-call requirements.

We offer dedicated clinical leadership, admin support, and a supportive team. Build a full caseload quickly with flexible scheduling seven days a week, all from home with AI-assisted documentation.

Formación

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Licensed in Georgia.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults/geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
