Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy to older adults from a fully remote setting. You will manage your caseload, with administrative support and access to clinical leadership to ensure high-quality care.

Opportunities available for part-time and full-time clinicians with flexible schedules across many weeks and with per-session compensation. Prior experience with Medicare billing is a plus, and a strong commitment to telehealth is required.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license required (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Licensed to practice in New Mexico.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation with EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
