Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy for older adults across the United States. You will work from home with a dedicated clinical lead, care navigation, and admin support to maintain a robust caseload.

Set your own schedule with 7 days a week availability, up to full-time or part-time hours. The role includes paid case consultations, AI-assisted documentation, and competitive compensation with benefits for W2 clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) and Florida licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with older adults, geriatric populations preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
• Medicare billing experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's unique needs.
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
