Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to provide therapy to older adults entirely from home. We handle caseloads, admin tasks, and support you with a clinical community to thrive in telehealth.

We offer part-time and full-time roles (1099 or W2) with flexible hours across 7 days, emphasize autonomy with strong clinical support, and provide competitive per-session pay and benefits for eligible clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in a relevant field.
• Licensed in Delaware.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
