Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy for older adults. The role offers fully remote work, flexible scheduling (7 days a week), and fee-for-service compensation. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) with the potential to grow your caseload.

You will have dedicated clinical leadership, admin support, and a team-based environment. Clinicians may receive CEUs and access to AI documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Washington, D.C.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHRs.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.
