Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed therapists for fully remote telehealth services serving older adults nationwide. Start part-time (15 hrs/wk, 1099) or full-time (25 hrs/wk, W2) with flexible scheduling and no marketing obligations.

We provide a dedicated clinical lead, admin support, and a scalable referral network. Work-from-home setup, AI documentation tools, and ongoing geriatric-focused training help you thrive in a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Delaware
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
