Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is recruiting licensed therapists for a fully remote practice serving older adults. You’ll work on a fee-for-service basis with caseload support, administrative help, and ongoing clinical guidance to ensure quality care from home.

We offer 15–25 hours per week (1099) or 25+ hours (W2), with your schedule set across seven days, modern telehealth tools, and CEU opportunities. Grow with a supportive clinical leadership team.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in the US (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent).
• Experience delivering psychotherapy via telehealth to older adults.
• Familiarity with EMR/electronic health records and documentation tools.
• Ability to design personalized treatment plans and work within a clinical team.
• Comfort with Medicare billing and fee-for-service arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
