Sailor Health is hiring licensed therapists for a nationwide remote practice focused on older adults. You’ll be supported with admin help, a dedicated clinical lead, and a steady caseload with Medicare-covered therapy options.

Choose part-time or full-time, set your own schedule across 7 days, and work from home with AI-assisted documentation. W2 and 1099 arrangements available, with competitive per-session pay and benefits for eligible clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license required.
• Licensed in New York.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
