Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in Wisconsin or eligible to licensure.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience delivering therapy to older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Create personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Document efficiently using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and leadership meetings.
