Job summary

Sailor Health offers part-time and full-time teletherapy opportunities for independently licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) delivering mental health care to older adults from home. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) with workload tailored to your life.

Clinician support is strong: dedicated clinical lead, real-time admin assistance, and a schedule that matches patient availability.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license required (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC)
• Licensed in Maine
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience with older adults/geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings
