Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed therapists for part-time or full-time, fee-for-service telehealth roles serving older adults from a fully remote setup. Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) with workload that can be tailored to fit your life, and no on-call or evenings required.

You will receive dedicated clinical leadership, admin support, and access to ongoing clinical consultation, with opportunities for growth and competitive per-session pay, plus benefits on W2.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Minnesota.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
