Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We provide caseload support, admin relief, and a supportive clinical community, all from home. Therapists enjoy flexible schedules, telehealth tools, and paid consultations while delivering compassionate care.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed clinicians across the US, with start hours at 15 per week (1099) or 25 per week (W2).

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Wyoming licensure is required.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with older adults and telehealth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation with EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and leadership meetings.
