Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide telehealth practice seeking licensed therapists to deliver psychotherapy to older adults from home.

Choose part-time or full-time, start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2), with no on-call and no evenings. We provide real-time admin support, a dedicated clinical lead, and competitive per-session pay with benefits for W2 staff. Free CEUs and geriatric-focused training are offered to grow with us.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Texas
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings

Education

Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
