Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed therapists to provide telehealth psychotherapy for older adults from a home-based setting. The model includes independent scheduling, dedicated clinical leadership, and admin support to maximize patient care and clinician well-being.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities on a fee-for-service basis, with 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) options. Clinicians can focus on patient care while we handle logistics and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Kansas.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
